❌ Mistake #1: Thinking Subscribers = Money
A large number of subscribers does not guarantee income. You can have 100,000 subscribers and still make nothing, while another channel with 1,000 engaged subscribers earns thousands per month.
Many crypto channel owners fall into the trap of:
— buying fake subscribers,
— paying companies that promise 'real' followers,
— misusing Telegram Ads.
As a result:
— They list their channels on ad platforms, but sponsors see low engagement and refuse to buy ads.
— The same happens with their products—no one buys because the audience isn’t truly interested. Fake numbers don’t bring real sales.
Instead of chasing vanity metrics, I focused on building a high-quality, engaged audience using a combination of free and paid promotion methods. These strategies ensured that every new subscriber was genuinely interested in my content, leading to higher engagement, better retention, and more effective monetization.
As a result:
— Sponsors keep coming back and repeatedly pay for ads in my Telegram channels because my promotions consistently generate clients for them.
— Engaged subscribers also buy my products, including Telegram Hero, and servises for data analysts.

Despite having many contacts, as I mentioned before, the chances of getting a response are quite low. However, if you have a serious problem, you can try reaching out to multiple contacts. In some cases, people also ask their friends to write on their behalf, which can be effective when many people reach out.
Save it in case of issues
You can fix this situation.
1. Read the notification from moderators about why the ad destination was rejected. It's usually inside the ad (see the photo above).
2. Correct your ad – fix it according to the moderators' feedback.
3. Every time you make an ad, follow the Ad Policies and Guidelines so that your ads won't be declined in the future.
Example:
One of the reasons why an ad can be declined: Ad destinations must have quality, original content and provide a proper user experience.
To solve this problem:
— Change the "
URL you want to promote" from a general channel link to a specific post in your Telegram channel (introduction post, the most useful post, or one that reflects the essence of your channel, etc.).Example: I changed the link from
t.me/t_tutorial to t.me/t_tutorial/92.AND/OR
— Work on the description of your channel and the quality of your content to improve them.

Usually, it’s just a few days or less, but it can take longer. The longest I’ve waited was almost three weeks.
Moderation time depends on Telegram’s system, not your ad. However, if it’s your first ad or you’ve recently changed your Telegram channel name, the process may take longer.
Check your ad status (see on the picture):
— "In Review" means you just have to wait.
— "Declined," "Active," or "On Hold" appear after review.
If your ad has been under review for an unusually long time, you can try contacting support. However, in 99.99% of cases, support won’t reply. You just need to wait for the status to change.
You can now review your full stats for 2024 and see how your Telegram channels performed throughout the year.
Here's how:
1. Open the bot
@TGStat_Bot2. Type:
