Usually, it’s just a few days or less, but it can take longer. The longest I’ve waited was almost three weeks.
Moderation time depends on Telegram’s system, not your ad. However, if it’s your first ad or you’ve recently changed your Telegram channel name, the process may take longer.
Check your ad status (see on the picture):
— "In Review" means you just have to wait.
— "Declined," "Active," or "On Hold" appear after review.
If your ad has been under review for an unusually long time, you can try contacting support. However, in 99.99% of cases, support won’t reply. You just need to wait for the status to change.
